Getting Started

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and JCB. Note, cards issued by local banks which do not carry one of these logos will not be accepted by our global processing service, in which case we recommend PayPal as an alternative.

Use any payment method on the growing list of ways to fund a PayPal account in your country. Once you have funded your PayPal account, you can use our single-click PayPal express feature to speed through checkout.

All transactions submitted to us are encrypted with 128 SSL software which encrypts information you input to protect it from interception by outside parties. L I V D is committed to maintaining the highest levels of security and protection against fraud. We stay up-to-date with the latest in security technologies to ensure that your credit card information, contact information and shipping/billing information are confidential and safe.

Orders may be subject to payment verification. For the protection of our customers, we want to ensure that every order that we ship out was authorized by the cardholder. If your order is placed on hold, we will reach out to you right away to ensure that the delays are minimal.

When possible, L I V D will try processing your payment in your local currency. There are however some limitations and special cases in which we will have to charge your card in USD. In those cases, the conversion is handled by your financial institution.

Shipping

Free shipping on orders $50+ is provided on US continental orders.

All items are shipped out within one to two business days. Holidays and weekends are excluded.

Orders placed after noon PST will ship next business day. Orders placed after 12PM PST on Friday will ship out Monday.


We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

Before confirming your purchase, please make sure the shipping address is correct.

Once your item has shipped, we are unable to retrieve your package.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days
from your original shipment date.

Please note that the original shipping charges are not refundable.

Should you receive damaged, defective or incorrect items please contact us
within 5 days of delivery date, also please return it to us within 30 days from the date your order was shipped. 

Returns are processed within 5- 7 business days after your items are received at our warehouse. Due to the rapid turn over, L I V D does not offer exchanges. Please check our return procedures below.

Other things to know about your return:

Your satisfaction is our goal. If you are not satisfied with the items purchased, you may return them for a refund of the purchase price only. Shipping fees or taxes related to the shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Customers are responsible for all outbound and return shipping costs, however they may use the prepaid label for more economic returns. Exceptions to this policy will be made for defective items only. In the event of defective merchandise, or a shipment of the wrong item, L I V D will reimburse the customer for the cost of shipping the merchandise back. In order to receive a reimbursement for the shipping fees back to LIVDApparel.com, customers MUST ship the merchandise back either standard mail or other GROUND shipping services. If any other methods are used (Next day, 2nd day, 3 day, etc) shipping costs will not be reimbursed even in the event of damaged or wrong shipped merchandise.

For your convenience, we can provide a return label upon request.

IF YOU USE THE
PRE-PRINTED RETURN LABEL, A FLAT RATE OF $13.00 WILL BE DEBITED FROM YOUR
RETURN TOTAL CREDIT.  INTERNATIONAL ORDERS CANNOT USE THIS DOMESTIC RETURN
LABEL.

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS CAN REQUEST A RETURN LABEL FOR A FEE OF $23CAD

Please Note: For International orders, L I V D does not
reimburse for Customs/Duties/Tariffs paid.

Return packages over 15 pounds will not qualify for the $13 return label. Additional fees may be assessed to cover postage.

Check Your Email: We will send you an email once your return
has been received at our fulfillment center and processed and the proper
account is credited. You should expect the credit to be processed within 10-14
business days after we have received your return and should appear on your
credit card statement within 1-2 billing cycles.

Returns will be processed within 14 business days from the date we receive your return package at our returns facility.

All return items must be unworn and unwashed. We will not accept the return if there is a sign of wear such as stains, cigarette smoke, perfume, make up, or deodorant.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND OR STORE CREDIT:
All accessories including jewelry, bags, scarves, beauty/cosmetics are Final Sale.

Bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie, shapewear, undergarments, and any other intimates are Final Sale.

All markdown items are final Sale.


Final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned for exchange or credits.

Please email us at hello@livdapparel.com with your order # and reason for return.

We will reach out to you to confirm return is okay.

If return is approved, please send to address below.

Email approval to send back merchandise to us does not confirm a return will be processed.

If return does not meet Return Conditions mentioned above, goods may be sent back to original purchaser.

You will be responsible for the return postage. Also, keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not responsible for return packages that are stolen or lost in transit.

If you request, we can provide you a return label for you to print. If the return label is used, a flat rate of $13.00 will be debited from your return total credit. International orders cannot use this domestic return label.
