If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from your original shipment date. Please note that the original shipping charges are not refundable. Should you receive damaged, defective or incorrect items please contact us within 5 days of delivery date, also please return it to us within 30 days from the date your order was shipped.  Returns are processed within 5- 7 business days after your items are received at our warehouse. Due to the rapid turn over, L I V D does not offer exchanges. Please check our return procedures below.

All return items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. We will not accept the return if there is a sign of wear such as stains, make up and deodorant.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND OR STORE CREDIT:

• All accessories including jewelry, bags, scarves, beauty/cosmetics are Final Sale.
• Bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie, shapewear and undergarments are Final Sale.
• All markdown items are final Sale.

Final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned for exchange or credits.

Please email us at hello@livdapparel.com with your order # and reason for return. We will reach out to you to confirm return is okay. If return is approved, please send to address below. Email approval to send back merchandise to us does not confirm a return will be processed. If return does not meet Return Conditions mentioned above, goods may be sent back to original purchaser. You will be responsible for the return postage. Also, keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not responsible for return packages that are stolen or lost in transit.

If you request, we can provide you a return label for you to print. If the return label is used, a flat rate of $13.00 will be debited from your return total credit. International orders cannot use this domestic return label.
