Disappointing Shipping Time

I ordered the Carina dress on Sept 15th for a special occasion and had previously ordered the dress before and gotten it within three or four days well this time it took a whole week for me to receive my order. I didn’t receive it until Sept 22nd. Needless to say it was after I needed it and if I had of known that I would not have ordered or at least included the shipping in my order so I wouldn’t have had to pay so much to return the dress. Very disappointed because I love the first one I brought.

Aw I'm sorry to hear that :(
It looks like we shipped it out the same day the order came in but our free shipping option usually does take around 6-7 business days.
Unfortunately, the shipping times for the free shipping option kind of vary on the carrier themselves. :(

Hopefully, we get another opportunity to dress you in the future, and if needed we recommend checking out some of expedited shipping options available.

Almost super cute

The dress is cute. However, the pockets on the side, they way they gap make the dress look
Cheap. I’m going to have the pockets sewn I hope it looks better.

Dress is cute, comfortable and a good price. I just wish the pockets were a little more in front rather than the widest part of the hip
