We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and JCB. Note, cards issued by local banks which do not carry one of these logos will not be accepted by our global processing service, in which case we recommend PayPal as an alternative.

Use any payment method on the growing list of ways to fund a PayPal account in your country. Once you have funded your PayPal account, you can use our single-click PayPal express feature to speed through checkout.

We stay up-to-date with the latest in security technologies to ensure that your credit card information, contact information and shipping/billing information are confidential and safe.
Order Verification
Orders may be subject to payment verification. For the protection of our customers, we want to ensure that every order that we ship out was authorized by the cardholder. If your order is placed on hold, we will reach out to you right away to ensure that the delays are minimal.
Currency
When possible, L I V D will try processing your payment in your local currency. There are however some limitations and special cases in which we will have to charge your card in USD. In those cases, the conversion is handled by your financial institution.

Free shipping on orders $50+ is provided on US continental orders.
Processing Time
All items are shipped out within one to two business days. Holidays and weekends are excluded.Orders placed after noon PST will ship next business day. Orders placed after 12PM PST on Friday will ship out Monday.We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
Wrong Addresses
Before confirming your purchase, please make sure the shipping address is correct.Once your item has shipped, we are unable to retrieve your package.
Returns
Return Policy
To start a return please use our Return Portal.
Products are eligible for exchange, store credit, or refund for up to thirty days following the delivery date.
We offer you the option to unlock free return shipping later for the eligible items in your order by paying a small returns fee at the time of purchase. If you choose to pay this fee during purchase, there is no additional charge for shipping your item(s) back to us. If you choose not to pay this fee during your purchase, you may be subject to a higher shipping/handling fee later at the rates that we require on the date you ship your item(s) back to us for a return.
Please note that this service does not exempt your order from final sale or other store policies.

Please note that the original shipping charges are not refundable.
Should you receive damaged, defective or incorrect items please contact us
within 5 days of delivery date, also please return it to us within 30 days from the date your order was shipped.
Returns are processed within 5- 7 business days after your items are received at our warehouse.
Other things to know about your return:
If Returns Coverage is purchased at the time of checkout then return shipping will be covered. Otherwise, customer will be responsible for return shipping.
Your satisfaction is our goal. If you are not satisfied with the items purchased, you may return them for a refund of the purchase price only. Shipping fees or taxes related to the shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
Please Note: For International orders, L I V D does not
reimburse for Customs/Duties/Tariffs paid.
Check Your Email: We will send you an email once your return
has been received at our fulfillment center and processed and the proper
account is credited. You should expect the credit to be processed within 1-3
business days after we have received your return and should appear on your
credit card statement within 1-2 billing cycles.
Returns will be processed within 1-3 business days from the date we receive your return package at our returns facility.
Return Conditions
All return items must be unworn and unwashed. We will not accept the return if there is a sign of wear such as stains, cigarette smoke, perfume, make up, deodorant, or pet dander.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND OR STORE CREDIT:
All accessories including jewelry, bags, scarves, beauty/cosmetics are Final Sale.
Bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie, shapewear, undergarments, and any other intimates are Final Sale.
All markdown items are final Sale.
Final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned for exchange or credits.
