Processing Time

All items are shipped out within one to two business days. Holidays and weekends are excluded. Orders placed after noon PST will ship next business day. Orders placed after 12PM PST on Friday will ship out Monday. We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

Wrong Addresses

Before confirming your purchase, please make sure the shipping address is correct. Once your item has shipped, we are unable to retrieve your package.
