We at L I V D are an ever evolving brand. In order to maintain this status quo and further enhance your shopping experience, we collect customer information. We intend to protect your privacy and provide you with a safe and secure shopping experience. The privacy policy protects consumers who provide information through our website, including our virtual try-on experience, “The Fit Lounge.” By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your private information as described in this policy.

Please note, we are committed to maintaining your privacy. We reserve the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior notice and will notify you by updating this statement on our website.

Information Collected and Why
When purchases are made on the Site, we will ask for your full contact (Name, delivery address, e-mail address, and payment method details.) Your data will be used by us and our processors to fulfill your orders. We will also maintain a record of your purchase history, product interests, and other details that can help us improve the user experience of the Site. When your information is received and stored, it will not be sold to third parties for any reason. We do not disclose your personal information to unaffiliated third parties.

However, we may share your personal information with third parties or affiliates of LIVD where it is necessary for us to complete a transaction you authorized or to perform some other activity you have asked us to do. For example, your personal information such as name, email address, and credit card information could be used by our payment processor in order to fulfill your order. We may also use third-party service providers, including cloud and artificial intelligence providers, to operate certain features such as The Fit Lounge virtual try-on experience. We also reserve the right to use your personally identifiable information, such as your name, your email address, or shipping address that you provide to us to send you marketing materials for our own products and services.

If you would like to have your personally identifiable information (name, email address, shipping address, financial information such as credit card and expiration date) changed, no longer wish to receive materials from us or wish to remove your personal information from our database, please contact us at hello@livdapparel.com.

We may use “cookies” to collect or log certain information. A cookie is a small piece of information that a website stores on a personal computer and which it can later retrieve. We may use cookies for some administrative purposes, for example, to store our customers’ preference for certain kinds of products or to store a password so that you do not have to input it every time you visit our Site. If you feel uncomfortable with the use of cookie technology, it is recommended to set browsers to refuse cookies. However, some of our services could be dependent on cookies and may impede or refuse some of these services.

Virtual Try-On (The Fit Lounge)
When using The Fit Lounge, you may voluntarily upload images of yourself in order to preview how garments may appear. These images, along with generated images, are used solely to provide the virtual try-on service and improve your experience. By using this feature, you consent to the temporary processing of your images for this purpose.

All uploaded and generated images are retained for no longer than one (1) hour and are automatically deleted thereafter. We do not store these images beyond this period, do not use them for training artificial intelligence models, and do not sell or share them with third parties except as necessary to process your request.

You acknowledge that images may include your likeness and physical features, and that the generated results are digital approximations that may not perfectly reflect real-world fit or appearance. LIVD does not use facial recognition or identify individuals, and does not collect or store biometric identifiers as defined under applicable laws.

Data Security and Retention
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill orders, comply with legal obligations, and improve our services. Virtual Try-On images are retained only for up to one (1) hour as described above.

Children
Children are not eligible to use our website. We ask that minors (under the age of 18) use this website with the presence of their parents or guardians. Children under the age of 13 should not send any information about themselves to LIVD. If a child under 13 submits information through any part of the website, and LIVD becomes aware of such information, we will attempt to delete this information as soon as it becomes known to us.

Third Party Links
From time to time, this website will maintain links to other websites not operated by LIVD. We maintain no control over these linked sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. We advise you read over their Privacy Policies as well.

Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, including California, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To make such a request, please contact us at hello@livdapparel.com.

If you have any questions regarding this Privacy Policy, please email hello@livdapparel.com

Social Responsibility
We are committed to upholding Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act regarding the sourcing of conflict materials. (Conflict materials are defined in the Securities and Exchange Commission’s “Conflict Minerals Rule” as coltan, gold, tin, tantalum, and tungsten.)

LIVD also aims to act responsibly and professionally in all its commercial activities and in its relationships with its suppliers and customers. At all times we will act with integrity and aim to be fair, honest, and open.
We purchase materials from a wide variety of suppliers, and this policy sets out certain minimum standards which we require our suppliers to meet.
We understand that all our operations have a significant impact on our customers, suppliers, and consumers. We have a responsibility, both legal and moral, to consider the social aspects of our business, not just business.
