If you do not want to use the standard shipping method, you may choose from a variety of options from UPS and USPS. The option to choose shipping methods will appear at checkout.
livdapparel.com offers free standard ground shipping on all orders shipped within the continental U.S. except Alaska, Hawaii and other U.S. Territories. We currently do not ship to APO/FPO.
For orders over $100, package will be sent with Signature Required. If a signature is unobtainable and package is returned to us, shipping charges will be charged to the customers. If we were unable to process your order due to inaccurate, invalid or incomplete information, your order processing maybe delayed for additional days. Our customer service team will contact you via email or phone for updates on any delays.
At checkout you may choose your international shipping option. Delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. L I V D and the carrier do not have control over how long customs may hold and inspect a package. In addition, certain countries may apply tariffs after the package is accepted at their customs agencies. L I V D does not cover additional customs fees. We advise you after your local post office to see if additional customs may apply to you. L I V D is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges.
If you have ordered and still haven't received your product after 10 business days, please reach out to us at email@example.com. We follow up with all the carriers to ensure you receive your product.
When your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order is being processed another email will be dispatched to update you on your tracking information.
